Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your session date, with the remaining balance due at the start of your session. Payment may be made by cash, Venmo, or online invoice. Online invoices are sent through PayPal and will appear from The November Group, LLC.Cancellation Policy: Your deposit is fully refundable up until the day of your session. Same-day cancellations will result in the deposit being non-refundable. If severe weather prevents the session and rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be fully refunded. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied toward a new session date based on availability. Sessions may be rescheduled with no penalty up until two hours before the scheduled session start time. Rescheduling within two hours of your scheduled session start time will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.Photo Usage Policy: Unless otherwise requested, images from your session may be used for portfolio or promotional purposes.Gallery Delivery: Finished galleries are typically delivered within 5 days of your session, though timing may vary depending on the size and length of the session. In all cases, galleries will be delivered within 14 days.
